Air Fluidization Wuster Column Coating

In coating pellets or tablet air is of utmost
important. The are flowing around the pellets or
tablets must be purified or else the entire lot
will be contaminated. Therefore, all air entering
the wuster column coating system passes through
a air handling unit.
The air handling unit is a complex system
which draw air from the atmosphere passes the air
through a series of Hepa filters and chambers
where it is condition for the coating system. The
purified air is control by valves which controls
the amount of air coming into the wuster column
coating system. There are bypass valves in case of
other condition exist during fluidization.
As the air rushes through the huge pipe
it expand and occupied the product bowl where it
create different level of air pressure. That force
through the hole in the plate.
